This information is stored in the WPForms plugin on our website and in Mailchimp, which we use to send our email updates. We use these services only to receive your message and to send you the updates you have asked for.

Trip and Course Registration

When you register for a trip or course, we collect the information needed to run it safely and manage your booking. This includes your contact details, emergency contact, and health and safety information relevant to your participation, such as allergies, medical conditions, and your insurance and family doctor details.

This information is stored securely using a cloud-based service. Access is limited to the guides running your trip, who may need it for your safety. We do not share it beyond that.

Upon written request to gearysguiding(at)gmail.com, we will delete your data.
